DOVER, Del. - Bud Pole Qualifying for Friday's MBNA E-Commerce 150 Busch North Series, NASCAR Touring race at Dover Downs International Speedway was rained out and the starting lineup set by points, placing current Busch North Series point leader Mike Olsen and runner-up Kelly Moore on the front row. Mike Johnson and Dale Quarterley, winner of the last BNS race at Beech Ridge, Me., two weeks ago, will start on row 2. Several top contenders who do not run the full series will start deep in the 34-car field, including Tom Carey 21st, Paul Wolfe 24th, and Jerry Marquis 26th.

The MBNA E-Commerce 150 is set for a 4:30 p.m. green flag on Dover's high-banked, concrete-surfaced one mile oval. Jimmy Spencer won the last Busch North Series race at the "Monster Mile" in 1998.
