April 29, 5 P.M. FAMILY NIGHT TRIPLEHEADER. Kids 11 and under admitted free. NASCAR Modifieds, Exide Late Models and PA Sportsman.

May 6, 7:30 P.M. BACK TO NORMAL NIGHT. Starting time goes to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday nights for balance of season. NASCAR Modifieds and Exide Late Models. Adults, as of May 6, will pay $10.00, youngsters 6 thru 11 just $3.00 and under 6 are admitted free with adult admission.

RAIN WASHED OUT SATURDAY EVENING NASCAR STOCKS AT GRANDVIEW EASTER BUNNY MAKING SPECIAL APPEARANCE ON APRIL 22

Bechtelsville, PA April 15, 2000 . . . An all day rain, often times heavy, forced the cancellation of NASCAR stock car racing at Grandview Speedway for the second Saturday in a row. Again more than 100 NASCAR Modifieds, Exide Late Models and PA Sportsman were scheduled to participate in the tripleheader show before rain turned the clay oval into a sea of mud. NASCAR sanctioned stock car racing will return to the one-third-mile, clay banked Grandview Speedway in Bechtelsville, PA on Saturday, April 22, at 5 p.m. "We have been fortunate in being able to talk the Easter Bunny into taking some time away from a busy weekend and be with us at Grandview Speedway on Saturday," said event organizer Bruce Rogers. "We are sure the kids will kick a thrill out of meeting the Easter Bunny while they watch the HAPPY EASTER TRIPLEHEADER we have scheduled. Even I am looking forward to meeting the Easter Bunny." The HAPPY EASTER TRIPLEHEADER will include the excitement of the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series Modifieds, the NASCAR Exide Shortrack Late Models and the PA Sportsman. At least 13 events of good old fashioned, action packed stock car racing is planned. Heading up the action will be such outstanding talents at Jeff and Glenn Strunk, Kerry Kratz, Donny and Danny Erb, Meme DeSantis, Keith Brightbill, Chip Slocum, late model champion Jeff Teets, Tom Mayberry, Terry Meitzler and a host of others. Saturday night's HAPPY EASTER TRIPLEHEADER will see adults admitted for just $12.00, young people 6 thru 11 pay just $3.00 and kids under 6 with a paying adult are admitted FREE. There is always FREE PARKING on the grounds of the Grandview Speedway. Coming up on Saturday, April 29, is the final early season tripleheader show. The FAMILY NIGHT TRIPLEHEADER will include NASCAR Modifieds and the Exide Late Models. The PA. Sportsman will be part of the show for the last time until late in the season.
