The B & B Pools 200 is the third race on the 17-race 2000 Slim Jim All Pro Series, NASCAR Touring schedule. Thirty cars will take to the 0.500 mile oval for the 200-lap, 100-mile race.

1999 RESULTS: Darlington, S.C.'s Hal Goodson outran Mike Cope by 0.233 seconds to pick up the race win. Completing the top five were Toby Porter, Wayne Anderson and Jeff Fultz. Randy Gentry captured the Bud Pole Award. There were a total of six cars running on the lead lap when the checkered flag waved and 25 of 32 starters were running at the end of the race. The race was run in one hour, 22 minutes and 10 seconds and Goodson's winning average speed was 73.022 seconds. There were just three caution periods encompassing 20 laps and four lead changes among four drivers. Polesitter Gentry, Porter, Cope and Goodson all took turns at the front of the field.

NOTES OF INTEREST · Easley, S.C.'s Randy Gentry, and Greer, S.C.'s Steven Howard could be considered two of the favorites as both have cut their racing teeth at Greenville-Pickens. They are the only Greenville-area drivers that will be chasing the Slim Jim All Pro Series championship full time in 2000.
