SCOTT LYNCH SCORES ANOTHER WIN

Stockton, Calif...It was another banner weekend for Scott Lynch and the Lynch Mob Motorsports crew as they put their 08 Dodge in the Number One Spot at Round 4 of the NASCAR Grand National Division, West Series at Stockton 99 Speedway, Saturday, April 30.

"We definitely had an awesome run," said Lynch who also earned the pole with a time of 14.184 seconds. "It was one of those races where everything just clicked perfectly and being first across the board is a great feeling. I couldn't have scripted it any better if I tried."

Pulling off the Startline in the Pole position, Lynch immediately grabbed the lead and held on to it for the entire 159 Lap AutoZone Twin Championships presented by Havoline. Even a late race caution couldn't stop this Burley, Idaho native from winning this time out. "We had a pretty good lead when the caution came out on Lap 149," explains Lynch. "Luckily, we aced it on the restart and held on for the Green-White-Checkered finish without any problem.

Running 100 Laps, competitors then had a 10-minute break before the final 50 laps. "Our Dodge was running really well," says Lynch. "While other teams were making all sorts of adjustments, we simply put on two right tires, made a slight air pressure adjustment and were ready to go back on track. The crew obviously did a great job making our Dodge race ready and both our Kroyer Racing Engine and our Steve Hibbard shocks were the perfect ticket."

Saturday's win marked Lynch's second of the season and he now holds first place in the championship battle by a margin of 61 points. "We've now earned a win at both Bakersfield and Stockton and narrowly missed taking the victory at Phoenix," says Lynch, "The next race up is Yakima and we will definitely be going for that one too. We plan to once again bring home the Championship for Dodge.
