Etchells Racing, Mighty Auto Parts Extend Sponsorship

Putnam, Connecticut, December 7, 1999 - Officials at Chuck Etchells Racing and Mighty Auto Parts today announced a two-year extension of their sponsorship agreement. As such, Mighty, who has been with the Etchells organization since 1996, will remain as an associate sponsor of the Kendall Oil/Matco Tools Camaro Z28 Funny Car through the 2001 season.

"I know I speak for everyone at Etchells Racing in saying how happy we are to have Mighty Auto Parts remain on board for another two years," stated team owner Chuck Etchells. "Having the continued support of a company of the stature of Mighty Auto Parts validates this team's efforts both on and off the track. I would also like to thank Ken Voelker, Gary Vann and Frank Turner, without whom this would not be possible."
