DIXON LOOKS TO EXTEND STREAK IN CHICAGO -- Larry Dixon will be looking to extend his streak of five consecutive semi-final or better appearances this weekend at the Route 66 Raceway. During the current five-race stretch, Dixon has registered a 16-2 record in elimination runs.

Overall, Dixon has a series-high four victories and seven semi-final appearances this season. He currently leads the Top Fuel point standings by 97 points with eight races remaining before the beginning of the Countdown to the Championship playoffs.

CLIMBING THE LADDER -- Larry Dixon will pass Joe Amato for sole possession of second-place in career Top Fuel wins with his next victory. They are currently tied for second at 52.

LAST YEAR AT CHICAGO -- Antron Brown was the top qualifier last year at Route 66 Raceway and advanced to the finals before falling to Spencer Massey. Larry Dixon made it two Toyota-sponsored cars in the semi-finals, while both Morgan Lucas and Shawn Langdon lost in the opening round. In Funny Car action, Cruz Pedregon progressed to the semi-finals where he lost to his brother Tony Pedregon, while Del Worsham was vanquished in round one.

SWEET HOME CHICAGO -- Chicago's been a home away from home for Al-Anabi Racing drivers Del Worsham and Larry Dixon. Worsham has won at the track three times since 2001 (2001, 2002 and 2004), while teammate Dixon has two victories (2007 and 2003). They are the only two Toyota-sponsored drivers to have won at the Chicago track, although, Antron Brown did reach the Chicagoland finals a year ago.
