The New Face of Racing: StriVectin-SD® Sponsors Top Fuel Dragster at NHRA SuperNationals in Englishtown, NJ

SALT LAKE CITY (June 14, 2005) - StriVectin-SD® is doing it again! For the second time this season, the "stretch mark cream turned anti-wrinkle phenomenonT" is the title sponsor of a Top Fuel dragster, at the K&N Filters NHRA SuperNationals in Englishtown, NJ, June 16-19. To the amazement of most in the cosmetics industry, the link between StriVectin and Top Fuel dragsters has been an astonishing success, helping drag racing - and StriVectin - reach a wider, broader-based audience.

"StriVectin was the talk of the track the first time we ran the car in April at the Las Vegas Speedway," said Gina Gay, spokesperson for Klein-Becker USA®, maker of StriVectin-SD. "People don't expect to see a high-end cosmetic brand on the quarter-mile track. StriVectin certainly stands out and customer response to our first sponsorship was overwhelming. I can't tell you how many StriVectin distributors and cosmetics industry executives wanted tickets for the Las Vegas event. And with the upcoming Englishtown races being held in the backyard of major StriVectin accounts, our hospitality suite will be completely full. And what better way to entertain our customers and give them an experience unlike any they have had before. They'll remember their first day at the track for a lifetime."

StriVectin's link to Top Fuel racing is a smart, natural fit and a significant marketing development, according to the legendary Shirley Muldowney, three-time world champion. "Drag racing is quickly becoming just as popular as NASCAR. But in order to really become mainstream, the sport needs a strong female following and StriVectin will definitely help bring women to racing. Ultimately, I see this sponsorship as the first of many between drag racing and other female-oriented companies smart enough to see the marketing possibilities of this exciting sport," said Muldowney.

StriVectin's customer base is also growing among men who want to look younger and reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and crows' feet. In fact, sales of StriVectin-SD for use as a skin-soothing aftershave balm and anti-wrinkle conditioner have more than doubled in 2005.

"We see Top Fuel racing as the next big trend. Sponsoring a car helps us reach a larger male audience and introduces female StriVectin users to this thrilling sport," said Gay.

The StriVectin car, driven by Ben Marshall, is now the fourth in the Kalitta Motorsports Top Fuel team, joining the Zantrex-3 car driven by "Aussie" Dave Grubnic, the Mac Tools dragster driven by Doug Kalitta and the Mac Tools / Jesse James Top Fuel dragster driven by Scott Kalitta. The pink, white and black StriVectin-SD car carries StriVectin's internationally famous headline, "Better Than Botox®*?T"

Marshall, 29, will race professionally for the second time as driver of the StriVectin dragster. His first trip down the quarter-mile track in the StriVectin car was made at the SummitRacing.com Nationals in Las Vegas. Marshall, who also serves as marketing manager for Kalitta Motorsports' Top Fuel dragster team, began drag racing at age 16 in a front-engine dragster bracket car. His last stint behind the wheel was driving a Mike Dakin-owned A-fuel dragster. In 2002, the team made the semifinals in Gainesville at the Mac Tools Gatornationals and posted a final-round appearance at the divisional race in Indianapolis.

About StriVectin-SD®

The StriVectin-SD phenomenon is arguably the most remarkable story in the history of cosmetics. StriVectin was originally sold in maternity shops and high-end specialty stores as a superior stretch mark cream. In fact, the formula is still labeled as "Intensive Concentrate for Existing Stretch Marks." But in a strange turn of events - surprising even to the formula's maker - an underground "movement" took shape as women shared their success stories about StriVectin's ability to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and crows' feet. Today, the stretch mark cream from Salt Lake City is a growing international sensation, shattering records in France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal and the Czech Republic.

According to NPD Beauty, a division of The NPD Group, a marketing information company, StriVectin is the top selling skincare item in U.S. Department Stores based on dollar sales in 2004. Additionally, it is the number one product in French Sephora stores and the number one sku in the Beyond Beauty area of Harvey Nichols in the United Kingdom.

StriVectin-SD is available in Sephora, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy's, as well as dermatology and plastic surgeon offices around the United States. For more information, visit www.strivectin.com.
