Doug Kalitta powers to the win over Steve Torrence in the final of the NHRA SpringNationals in Houston. Kalitta wins his 39th career title and second straight Houston title on a holeshot, 3.813 to 3.810. Kalitta now joins Torrence, Leah Pritchett, Brittany Force, and Antron Brown in the NHRA Traxxas Nitro Shootout.
