U.S. Army Top Fuel Pilot Tony Schumacher, who won the opening two events of the Mello Yello Countdown, posted a career-best 3.733-second pass at 327.51 mph in his U.S. Army dragster to earn the No. 1 position during Saturday's qualifying at the NHRA Nationals in Reading.
