Scott Taylor ready to regain Pro-2 points lead.
"The dust has settled on our historic win of the Govenor's Cup in Crandon, WI, now it time to regain the the points lead in Pro-2." A quote from Scott Taylor as his team prepares for the next stop on the Lucas Oil CORR Pro-2 Championship trail, the BOSS Snowplow Off-Road Challenge in Bark River, WI - July 13 & 14.
The competition was especially tough during Rounds 6 (8th) & 7 (2nd). As Scott enters the second half of the season,he finds himself only 3 points behind Kevin Probst. Scott is no stranger to fierce competition, last year he won the Championship during the last Round of the season.
"The three week break between races, has allowed the team to check
every component on the truck... The engine, drivetrain, the chassis,
the suspension, and even the cockpit has been disassembled, inspected,
checked, and reassembled for any possible problems. We are 110% ready
for Bark River."
- Jeff Frana, crew chief.
Jeff knows that the truck's reliability is more important than ever. The team figures for every one hour of racing (a typical weekend of racing and practice), the race truck goes through a minimum of 25 hours of preparation.
Look for Scott's BOSS Snowplow Off-Road Challenge results July 15.
