Drivers with the most appearances since the inception of the BorgWarner Shootout are shown below. Nine races have been held (1995-2003). Only one truck racer, Scott Taylor, has competed in every race. Taylor will compete in his 10th consecutive Shootout this coming weekend at Crandon Raceway. Two drivers missed just one race. Several racers have made seven appearances. The 2004 BorgWarner Shootout will be the 10th Anniversary running for the $100,000 BorgWarner off-road World Championship Cup.

The American Axle & ManufacturingTracRite Jump, located mid-track at Crandon Raceway, is the most famous leap in off-road racing circles. Crandon Raceway and AAM, exclusively for 35th Anniversary Races this coming weekend, will be awarding cash to all classes of racing for the longest jump during race action on "World Championship Saturday" September 4, 2004 as follows:

Beginning with the 2001 Shootout -- to honor the first Shootout of the new Millenium -- BorgWarner established a "Bonus Pot" to be presented to any driver winning the BorgWarner Shootout race consecutively!
$1,000 is added to the Shootout Repeat Bonus Pot each year! The "Pot" is presently at $4,000. This prize money is in addition to current race awards!
