Wilmette Township Santa Day Parade!

Wilmette, IL (November 23, 2001) -- The Santa Day parade in Wilmette was a little more colorful and certainly a whole lot noisier this year as Steven drove his Toyota championship race truck in the parade. Federico thrumped and thronked the high strung motor in his P.F. Chang's, Ingles Markets, Mountain Dew, Toyota in an effort to 'keep the motor clear' while trying to maintain the snail's pace of the parade line.

The only time things got a little dicey was when the elephant float tried an inside move at the 'Lake/Green Bay' corner, but Steven managed to hold him off with some magnificent driving. "Jumbo was all over me the last couple of blocks and I knew he was gonna try a move, but the set-up on the truck was perfect so we were able to stay ahead of him".
