Unadilla Motorsports calls all drivers, crews, and race fans to the CORR Lucas Oil Off-Road Truck Races on May 24-26

Unadilla® Off-Road Raceway is looking forward to welcoming all drivers on May 24th-26th to Rounds #1 and #2 of the 2002 CORR Lucas Oil Pro Truck Race Series at our facility. Having been long known for motocross racing, a new odyssey began when ground was broken last summer on the facility's third off-road track, built specifically for this event. The addition of the CORR series is believed to be a natural extension to Unadilla's motorsports tradition that began over three decades ago.

Located across the road from Unadilla's well-known motocross track, the brand new truck racing facility sits right on State Route #8, five miles north of New Berlin, New York and 30 minutes south of Utica, New York.

The weekend will begin on Friday, May 24th with practice from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.. Saturday, May 25th will see drivers kick off Round #1 of the 2002 series. Sunday, May 26th will be Round #2. All three pro CORR classes will be competing --- Pro Lite, Pro 2, and Pro 4. Five CORR Sportsman classes have been invited to race as have two Eastern Sportsman classes. The competition is bound to be fast, furious, and loud!

Over the last year, Unadilla has been working to build what they feel is one of the more unique tracks in the CORR series. The weekend will be a racing fan's dream with an open paddock, the opportunity to watch trucks and buggies being worked on, and the chance to meet your favorite driver. The track has been designed to be fast, technical, and bumper-to-bumper with obstacles, which include hills, moguls, jumps, and sweeper turns. The sounds created by turning loose 850 horsepower on this track are bound to create long lasting memories!

Unadilla invites you to join them at the CORR Lucas Oil Pro Truck Race at Unadilla® Off-Road Raceway. If you are planning on staying in a hotel/motel, please make your reservations as soon as possible. A listing of area accommodations as well as local campgrounds can be found on the web at www.unadillamx.com. (Unadilla does not offer spectator camping on grounds.)
