Teretonga TRS: Piquet wins twice red-flagged Race 2
Pedro Piquet converted his front-row grid position into his first win of 2017 in the second Teretonga Toyota Racing Series race, which was red-flagged on two occasions.
The first of the interruptions came right at the start when pole-sitter Ferdinand Habsburg tangled with Brendon Leitch and Enaam Ahmed as the trio went three-wide.
Piquet was the leader ahead of Richard Verschoor when the race was restarted but the green flag lasted for only two laps.
Kory Enders rolling his car and also Harry Hayek's retirement brought out the second red flag.
The race remained incident-free for the final five laps, during which Piquet maintained a half-second gap over Verschoor.
The Red Bull junior, and also leader of the championship, collected his fourth podium finish in five races as the top three was completed by Thomas Randle.
The Australian recovered from losing his Race 1 win due to a post-race penalty to cement his second place in the standings.
Ferrari's Marcus Armstrong finished fourth ahead of local driver Taylor Cockerton and Canadian Kami Laliberte.
Force India junior Jehan Daruvala passed Christian Hahn during the two red-flag periods for seventh with the latter eventually settling for ninth as he was demoted by Keyvan Andres as well.
The final top 10 position was taken by Luis Leeds.
