RACE: Ruman Racing Nelson Ledges National preview

Ruman Sisters Hit Home Track forSCCA Nelson Ledges National

Munroe Falls, OH -- The Ruman sisters will hit home track Nelson Ledges Road Course, OH with a two-car team this Memorial Day weekend.

Coming off her GT-1 win last weekend at her other home track, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Amy Ruman will be competing for another win in the National race this weekend. "I'm hoping to make it back to back wins," exclaimed Amy Ruman. "Nelson's is a fun, fast track and I have a lot of miles logged here. The #23 is running great so hopefully I will reclaim the Nelson's track record!"

Niki Ruman will be running in her first race of the season in the #23 McNichols Co./Dynasty Motorsports sponsored Spec Racer. "It's great to be back running in Ohio again. I am looking forward to getting the season underway and I hope to have a good finish here," commented Niki Ruman.

Two qualifying sessions for both GT-1 and Spec Racer will be on Saturday followed by the 23-lap races on Sunday. GT-1 is group 3 and Spec Racer is group 4.
