SCCA Shelby CAN-AM Reunion II
DAYTONA BEACH, FL (February 9, 2010) -- If you missed the inaugural Shelby CAN-AM Reunion at Autobahn Country Club in 2007 you will not want to miss Reunion II that is being held in conjunction with the SCCA Enterprises 25th Anniversary Spec Racer Ford Celebration at Road Atlanta on April 9-11, 2010.
Many of the personalities involved in the Shelby CAN-AM program were (and still are) involved in original Sports Renault and SRF programs so you can expect to see original constructors, owners, mechanics and drivers at this event.
Please bring your car, photos, parts and any other memorabilia you have and be prepared to do 3 days of track activities, camaraderie and bench racing with old and new friends. While we do want to have the Shelby's on track if possible I'm sure we can find some space to show your car if it is not race ready. Please call 561-373-5211 or email info@shelbycanam.com if you plan to attend.
On April 9-11, 2010, SCCA Enterprises will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Spec Racer Ford with an exciting weekend of racing at the home of the first SCCA National Championship that featured the Spec Racer Ford, historic Road Atlanta in Winder, GA. Further details on the 25th Anniversary Celebration Event are available through the official event web site at www.srf25.com.
