EAST BAY RACEWAY RACE RESULTS By Bob Schmidt

GIBSONTON, FL - The title of Mr. Budweiser Limited Late Models and the $3500 top prize went to many time and defending class champion Roger Crouse at East Bay Raceway Saturday night. Crouse had to come from the back of the pack of 25 starters for the win. He started seventh but a second lap tangle sent Crouse to the rear. By lap eight in the 35 lap go, he was fourth and took the lead for good on lap 15. Tim Gay and Forrest Gough also came back from the rear following the lap one crash for second and third with Ike Walker and Steve Pratt next.

Kenny Adams started on the outside pole and lapped all but the second and third place finishers in the 25 lap sprint car feature. Sport Allen, Roland Johnson, Brady Alvis and Paulie Milum finished next.

Keith Nosbisch used the outside cushion to stay in front of his brother Ken and Donnie Tanner in the 25 lap late model feature. It was his fifth win. The rest of the top five were Jack Nosbisch Jr. and JR Austin.

Paul Davis won his sixth street stock main over Danny McCall, Don Gansner, Donnie Paris and Tim Bronson. Michael Smith, Mr. Budweiser of the mini stock class, won his fifth feature over Rick Partridge, William Hampton, Chris Nosbisch and Scott Williams. Next Saturday, the mini-stocks will run double features.
