There was racing all through the field on Saturday night at Lincoln Speedway. Tim Kuhn, who led all 25 laps of the feature, was under early pressure from the 2w of Jesse Wentz. Wentz managed to pass Kuhn on lap two just as the yellow flag appeared for the 48 car of Chris Knopp. Wentz was put back in second for the restart. Wentz finished 15th after suffering a flat tire late in the race.

While Kuhn and Wentz battled at the front, Kevin Gobrecht and Jeff Shepard battled for the third position.

With ten laps in the book, Fred Rahmer pulled into fifth place and joined Gobrecht and Shepard in the battle for third place.

A yellow flag at lap thirteen for the 99 car of Buzz Sassaman bunched the field once again. Kuhn led, followed by Wentz, Shepard, Rahmer and Kevin Gobrecht.

Rahmer put a slider move on Shepard taking third on lap 15. Rahmer put pressure on Kuhn but was unable to pass. Wentz lost several positions before stopping with a flat tire on lap 21. With four laps left in the race, Kuhn drove a flawless race. Despite the best efforts of Fred Rahmer, Kuhn managed to win his first sprint car race in central Pennsylvania.
