NST to New Egypt Speedway

The only full-blown 410 Sprint show in the state of New Jersey this year will take place at New Egypt Speedway, as the D-shaped half-mile clay track brings the National Sprint Tour to "Thunder in the Pines" on Tuesday, August 1, 2006. The event will mark the first time in three years that a major national touring Sprint Car group will hit New Egypt clay.

Come and see 20-time champion Steve Kinser, Danny Lasoski, Paul McMahan, Tim Kaeding and more, including Pennsylvania's own Tim Shaffer and Lucas Wolfe, in a battle of the best sprint car drivers in the country today.

Track owner Rick Grosso Sr. had the following to say about the NST coming to New Egypt Speedway, "After a three-year absence, we're certain that Garden State fans will be pumped up to see the likes of Kinser, Lasoski and all the top guns on the national Sprint Car scene putting on a show for the record books on the tricky New Egypt track." Grosso stated, "We've hosted some memorable shows in the past, and this one will be no different."

Watch the track's website, www.newegyptspeedway.net, for ticket information.

Brownfield Promotions, Inc., based in Snohomish, WA, may be contacted by email at promotions@brownfieldent.com. Additional information, including teams and drivers committed to racing with the NST in 2006, is also available on the web site at www.nationalsprinttour.com.
