Linder is Lovin' Lavonia After ASCS Rebel Win!

LAVONIA, Ga. (May 30, 2009) -- Matt Linder notched his second career American Sprint Car Series Rebel Region feature win by topping Saturday night's 25-lap feature event at Lavonia Speedway.

Starting from the pole position, Linder gunned into the lead at the outset and weathered several cautions along the way to post the win aboard his No. 1x entry.

Linder took the checkered flag in front of Brian Thomas, with Sport Allen, Matt Kurtz and Brad Wickham rounding out the top five.

After winning his heat race, current ASCS Rebel Region points leader Danny Martin, Jr., was forced pitside early in the main event after getting collected in an early incident with C.J. Miller and Tyler Godwin.
