Besides Schatz, Americans Danny Smith, Brad Furr, Brent Kaeding, Chad Kemenah and Tommy Tarlton are also ranked in the top twenty-five this season in Down Under competition. It is expected that nine Americans will compete in the up-coming Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic, which would set a new event record for international participation. The Australian National Sprintcar Poll is an official awards program of the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum in Knoxville, Iowa, USA.
