Courtney and Woodhouse Performance Prepare for Autobahn Grand Prix
Milwaukee, WI (July 22, 2009) -- Jeff Courtney is anxious to return to the driver's seat of his #99 KENDA Tires Woodhouse Performance Dodge Viper Competition Coupe for round six of the SCCA Pro Racing SPEED World Challenge Championship series at Harrah's Autobahn Grand Prix in Joliet, Illinois, this weekend, July 24-26.
"I'm ready to go, I'm really looking forward to the next five events," said Courtney. "Obviously, the first half of the season did not produce the results we were hoping for, but both me and the team are very positive about the balance of the season," said Courtney.
The future looks bright for Courtney, who will be racing close to home for the next three races, beginning with the Autobahn in Joliet, Illinois, followed by the races at Mid-Ohio and Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, in August. "It's really good to be racing at venues that are so close, it's great when friends and family can get there to see the races," said Courtney.
Woodhouse Performance and Jeff Courtney would like to welcome the Empress Hotel and Casino, who has come aboard as a sponsor for Harrah's Autobahn Grand Prix this weekend.
