MOLYSHIELD, AUTOHAUS EXPAND 2006 SPEED WORLD CHALLENGE EFFORT TO SIX CARS, TWO CLASSES

CHICAGO (Oct. 12, 2005) -- Dr. John P. Mancini, Chairman -- C.E.O of Molyshield International Inc. of Chicago, IL, is pleased to announce Molyshield's participation in two significant 2006 motorsports programs.

Molyshield Race Team, LLC has been formed to own and campaign four "factory backed" Dodge Viper Competition Coupes in the 2006 SCCA Pro Racing SPEED World Challenge GT Championship.

In addition, the LLC's parent company, Molyshield International Inc., has announced the primary sponsorship of Autohaus Motorsports' two fast-developing Mercedes-Benz C230 race cars that will continue to be campaigned in the 2006 SCCA SPEED World Challenge Touring Car Championship.

Primary Sponsorship identification and livery on all of the team cars will feature Molyshield Oil. The combined SPEED GT and Touring Car operations will be overseen by Autohaus Motorsports Executive Director Peter Lockhart and Autohaus Motorsports Technical Director David Ford. The team's base of operations will continue to be located in South Florida.

A talented array of Drivers and Key Support personnel for all of the cars are under review and specific releases will follow in a timely manner.

Statements:

Dr. John P. Mancini, Molyshield International Chairman -- CEO "I would like to thank Dodge Motorsports and SCCA Pro Racing for their support of our new motorsport programs. SCCA Pro Racing has developed the fabulous SPEED World Challenge Touring Car and GT Championships and Dodge Motorsports has developed the Championship-winning Viper that will allow our team an excellent chance to show well in our inaugural year of competition.

I would also like to thank all the people associated with Autohaus Motorsports, for their continued support, enthusiasm and development of the exciting C230 Mercedes-Benz race cars, especially Peter Lockhart and David Ford, who like myself, have made this new race team a part of their lives.

As a former GT-1 competitor, I would also offer special thanks to the Directors and shareholders of MSI international for making my dream of a U.S. racing team possible and continuing our racing efforts worldwide with the best drivers and teams in their fields.

To the fans of sports car racing in America, it is my great honor to introduce the Molyshield Racing Team USA and to let the competition know that just like our products, we guarantee the best!"

Mitch Wright, SCCA Pro Racing V.P. and General Manager:

"We are very excited about the Molyshield International partnership with Autohaus Motorsports and the expansion of their program for 2006. Their presence is a great addition to the SCCA SPEED World Challenge family."

Gary Johnson, Dodge Motorsports Road Racing Manager:

"While the Molyshield Race Team might be the youngest Viper team in the series next year, they bring an experience base that should make them competitive early in the season. Peter and David's level of commitment on the Mercedes-Benz C230 program should transfer into a winning combination with an excellent team campaigning the championship-proven Dodge Viper Competition Coupe. We'll be assisting the team during winter testing to get them off to a great start for the 2006 season."

David Ford, Autohaus Motorsports Technical Director:

"The Team welcomes the chance to partner with Dodge as a "factory backed" team and looks forward to the technical support that will enable our engineers and staff to push the team to the front. Molyshield will also support the Mercedes-Benz program for 2006, and I look forward to seeing both programs running at the front."

Peter Lockhart, Executive Director of Autohaus Motorsports:

"It is truly a privileged position for any team to partner with a major sponsor, enjoy the support of a major manufacturer and be able to compete in a popular and growing series, all at the same time. Bob Kirland and Theresa Conder, Owners of Autohaus Motorsports, are now being rewarded for their commitment in underwriting the development of the team's Mercedes-Benzs. Without their substantial investment over the last few years, we would not have been able to create this new opportunity for 2006 and beyond."

Profiles:

Molyshield International produces and distributes globally an array of lubricants, engine treatments and industrial greases. The company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois with offices in Phoenix, Arizona.

The SCCA Pro Racing SPEED World Challenge GT and Touring Car Championships are regarded as the top production based road racing series in the world, taking the cars that you drive, or you wish you were driving, and racing them in the most intense and easily understood format possible. From standing start to the finish 50 minutes later, SPEED World Challenge is "everything you dreamed road racing would be."
