Winner of last year's race, when he said goodbye to Andrea Mattheis's team, Daniel Serra won the first pole of the year in Goiânia on Saturday (1), now racing for the Rosinei Campos team. Unaware of the competition, Serra placed 0s422 on top of teammate Max Wilson, .

Behind them came the two cars of Andrea Mattheis's team, with Thiago Camilo and Galid Osman doing a great job.

Returning to Thiago Meneghel's team with Shell, Attila Abreu was fifth, ahead of Marcos Gomes.

"We are doing a great job but qualifying does not score points and the race will be more difficult than everyone expects because here the tire wear is not very high but the asphalt is very hot." said Serra.
