Butch Miller back in ...

Butch Miller back in #04 ASILIMITED Monte Carlo at I-70.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN. (June 19, 2002) The #04 ASILIMITED Monte Carlo will be piloted again by 3-time ASA National Champion Butch Miller in the Missouri 300 presented by Jani-King at I-70 Speedway, Odessa, MO.

Miller will attempt to win two in a row in the #04 ASILIMITED Monte Carlo. Previous Busch Grand National (BGN) commitments have kept Miller out of the silver and white #04 ASILIMITED Monte Carlo over the last two weeks. "It has been hard to be away from ASA these past two weeks after such an exciting race at Berlin" say an anxious Butch Miller."I am really looking forward to working with these guys again. Last week was fun"

Ken Smith team owner adds,"Butch and I have talked over the last few weeks and we are trying to resolve schedule conflicts with the BGN schedule to ensure that we can have him in the #04 ASILIMITED Monte Carlo as many times as possible this year. Hopefully in the next few weeks we can announce our full schedule for the balance of the year."

Crew Chief, Deon Deneau was pleased with the performance of the car and driver. "The car came back from Berlin perfectly. Not a scratch on it. That is a true testament for the experience of Butch Miller. It has allowed me to prepare this car for the tough track at I-70.

ASA will wave the green flag for the ninth time during the 2002 season at the Missouri 300, presented by Jani-King at I-70 Speedway on June 22, 2002 at 9 p.m. (Eastern). This race will be tape delayed on The National Network (TNN) at midnight. (check local listings)
