1. The San Antonio (TX) Speedway awaits the ASALMS Challenge Division for the 2nd annual Alamo 200.

Lexington, Michigan (02/16/2007): The Fifth Anniversary 2007 Season in the ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts is fast approaching as the first race of the 2007 season is now less than two weeks away.

The crown jewel of the ASALMS, the Challenge Division, will kick off the 2007 season for the entire ASALMS for the Fifth Anniversary Campaign on Friday and Saturday March 2-3, 2007. The series "Where Champions Race" will begin the ASALMS Fifth Anniversary season with the running of the 2nd annual Alamo 200 and the entry form for the first race of the 2007 Season is available.

With 2006 ASALMS Challenge Division Champion and Pat Bourdow Memorial Rookie of the Year, Kelly Bires now moved on with the Wood Brothers JTG Racing Team and competing for the Rookie of the Year title in the NASCAR Craftsman Trucks Series for the 2007 season, the quest for both the ASALMS Challenge Division Championship and Pat Bourdow Memorial Rookie of the Year titles are wide open!

The cars and stars of the ASALMS Challenge Division will draw open the curtain on the 2007 season at the fast 0.500 Mile High-Banked Paved Oval of the San Antonio (TX) Speedway in San Antonio, Texas on Friday and Saturday March 2-3, 2007 for the running of the 2nd annual Alamo 200.

The first of 11 Points Races, 12 Overall on the 2007 ASALMS Challenge Division Schedule, will pay a larger than normal purse to kick off the ASALMS Fifth Anniversary Season. A whopping $10,000 is on the line with $1,000 just to start the 200-lap Feature.

2. Racing Anonymous Inc., is back for the Fifth Anniversary 2007 season as primary sponsor of the ASALMS "Drivers for Kids" Program.

Lexington, Michigan (02/16/2007): The ASA Late Model Series Presented by GM Performance Parts is very happy to announce that another Michigan based company is back on board and supporting the series "Where Champions Race" for the Fifth Anniversary 2007 season and within all three divisions.

For the 2007 season, Racing Anonymous Inc., based in Grand Haven, Michigan will once again be partnering up with the ASALMS as the primary sponsor of the ASALMS "Drivers for Kids" Program. R.A.I. Owner, Ted Carpenter has been an ASALMS contributor since the USPRO Cup Series days of 2003 and is one of the very few sponsors of the ASALMS since those days that has been on board since the series inception.

"Ted Carpenter and Racing Anonymous have been with us since the very beginning and we can't thank him enough for all that he's done for the ASALMS." Stated ASALMS Co-Founder/President, Ron Varney. "One of the biggest souvenirs our great fans get at each of our races are those ASALMS Coloring Books that Ted does for us. Those books have earned us more fans around the country than you could possibly imagine." Varney added.

"It's great to back as an ASALMS sponsor for the Fifth Anniversary 2007 season. I still remember that first race in 2003 at Thunder Valley Speedway (Now M40 (MI) Speedway)." Stated Ted Carpenter, Founder/President of Racing Anonymous Inc. "We're looking forward to the 2007 season. Ron and Sandy have put together the best racing series in the country. The talent in this series is astonishing." Carpenter added.

R.A.I. primary sponsor of the ASA Late Model Series "Drivers For Kids" program, will once again feature six drivers in every ASALMS Coloring Book at each racing event for all three divisions throughout the 2007 season. Each featured driver will have a page in the coloring book with a picture of their car with sponsors on it to be colored by the kids and race fans.

3. M.P.H. Promotions is back with the ASALMS and within all three divisions for the Fifth Anniversary 2007 season.

Lexington, Michigan (02/16/2007): The ASA Late Model Series presented by GM Performance Parts is proud to announce that another Michigan based company is back on board and supporting the series "Where Champions Race" and the premiere traveling series in the country for the Fifth Anniversary 2007 season.

The ASALMS is happy to announce a continuing partnership with M.P.H. Promotions for the second year in a row as a Contingency Sponsor for all three divisions within the ASALMS for the upcoming Fifth Anniversary 2007 season. Drivers who carry the M.P.H. Promotions decal will have some extra incentive as those who finish in the Top Five in any ASALMS event during the 2007 season will receive a M.P.H. Promotions Gift Certificate for their efforts.

"Matt is one of the best media/pr representatives in the business." Stated ASALMS Co-Founder/President, Ron Varney. "When Matt and Elaine started M.P.H. Promotions, it filled a void in the short track racing world. Short track racing needed an affordable place to go to get quality press releases and media coverage and M.P.H. is definitely the place to go." Continued Varney.

"One of the hardest things for a race team to do is secure that major sponsor. Without proper media and public relations, no one knows who you are and what you've accomplished." Stated Matt Prieur, Co-Founder/President of M.P.H. Promotions. "It's one thing to get a companies logo on your race car for "x" amount of dollars, while it's entirely another thing to convince that business to write a check with a lot of zeros in it. That's where good P.R. comes in." He ended.

M.P.H. Promotions wants to help you achieve the recognition you deserve. Everyone always hears about the well financed teams from all over the country and what they are doing week in and week out. Well what about the drivers and their teams who don't have the big time sponsorship, the big time dollars, or are even running on the national scene, how are they able to promote themselves properly to get noticed to move up the proverbial ladder?
