John Michalowski awarded win.

Hudson, NC -- John Michalowski, Jr. became the second different winner in as many races in 2003 on K & S Auto Sales night at Tri County Motor Speedway. a field of 25 Tucson Late Models started the race for the second week in a row and featured a side-by-side battle to the finish. Andy Loden edged Michalowski at the line by less than a car length but later failed post-race technical inspection.

Rock Harris followed last week's win with a second-place running and Mark Setzer finished third. Jacky Workman and Johnny Reynolds finished fourth and fifth, respectively.

Waylon Flynn won his second consecutive Mini Stock race. A.J. Sanders followed in second and Greg Butcher finished third. Ricky Dennie and Randy Canipe completed the top-five.

Marshall Sutton became the second driver to win in as many weeks at Tri County Motor Speedway when he won the J & J Sandblasting Street Stock race. David Smith and Jody Mitchem followed in second and third, respectively. David Manus and Jonathan Jennings completed the top-five.

Jeff Hagaman, Kevin Dill, and Donnie Buckner finished first, second, and third for the second straight week in the Super Sport Division. Mark Livingston and Jon Waterhouse completed the top-five.

Jeff Hagaman edged Tom Buzze in the Modified division race. Sam Beam finished third and Jeremy Williamson finished fourth. Brad Moore completed the top-five.

Sam Beam won the Antique car race.
