Vigneshvar Devarajan started race two on pole after he finished eighth yesterday with Sahil Gahuri alongside him.

Singh started sixth but made his way up to third in the second lap of the race and started to challenge Gahuri for second.

The race was red-flagged soon after Harkishan Wadia crashed out in corner one. It got going behind the safety car for a lap before the race resumed.

Singh quickly overtook Gahuri for second as the New Delhi-based driver lost another position to Anindith Reddy.

Up ahead, Singh was all over Devarajan for the lead and made a perfect move in corner three to take the lead of the race and soon after Devarajan lost another position to Reddy as he moved himself to the second spot.

While Singh and Reddy started to stretch the gap from the field, Gahuri after losing positions midway found some speed to move up to third pushing pole man Devarajan to fourth.
