Jenkins started the race from fourth position, carefully made his way up the pack to record his first win of the weekend.
While the Tata Technologies driver won by a comfortable margin, there was an intense three-way fight for the best-of the-rest spot between Richard Collett, Graham Powell and Ben Horne.
The trio often made contact with each other, but managed to keep their trucks in one piece.
Eventually, it was Collett who secured second position, with Powell going on to take the final spot on the podium.
Pole-sitter and race two winner Matt Sommerfield was also a part of the aforementioned battle until a major accident at turn three demoted him to eighth place.
Away from the front, Briant Burt finished a distant fifth, half a minute down on the race winner.
Further back, Adam Bint was classified in seventh place, with Oily Janes and Simon Cole completing the top 10.
Like the previous two races, only one driver failed to make the chequered flag, with Paul McCumisky returning to the pitlane after just two laps of racing following extensive damage to his truck.
