DODSON, WISE AND CARL EDWARDS/ CURB-AGAJANIAN/ R.E. RACING PREPARE FOR ORP

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Cameron Dodson, Josh Wise and the Carl Edwards/ Curb-Agajanian/ R.E. Racing team are headed to USAC's home track, O'Reilly Raceway Park for Thursday's J.D. Byrider 100. For Wise, it is a return to his roots and for Dodson; it is a return home to race in front of his family and friends. The Greenfield, Indiana native will drive the No. 991 Roush/ Yates Ford Engine powered, Red Line Oil Silver Crown™ car while Wise will drive the No. 199 Roush/ Yates Ford / Curb Records car also powered by a Roush/ Yates Ford Engine. Cameron Dodson returns to Indianapolis with momentum following a third place finish after starting fourteenth at Richmond a few weeks ago, his first race back in the USAC K&N Silver Crown Series since his accident.

"We should have won at Richmond but we got held up," said Dodson. "Hopefully we will be able to get podium finishes back to back."

For Josh Wise, winning at ORP would be very special. The California native has been close several times but believes he has a good chance this weekend.

"O'Reilly Raceway Park is one of the few tracks on my list that I really want to win at," said Wise. "The track has eluded me as far as a win goes. I have taken the pole there and led laps there; it has been one of those deals that have kind of eluded me."

The Carl Edwards/ Curb-Agajanian/ R.E. Racing team tested at ORP a few weeks ago with good results. The team will have to have the setup perfect, as Josh Wise will be pulling double duty Thursday night between the No. 199 and the Cruz Pederson owned No. 75 USAC National Midget car.

O'REILLY RACEWAY PARK SCHEDULE

The USAC Mopar National Midgets Series is scheduled to take to the track for practice Thursday at 3pm. Practice for the USAC K&N Silver Crown Series is slated for 4pm. Qualifying is set for around 5pm with the Midget feature at 8:30pm and the J.D. Byrider 100 at 9pm. The complete schedule is located at oreillyracewaypark.com.

POINTS UPDATE

The No. 199 Carl Edwards/ Curb-Agajanian/ R.E. Racing entry is ninth and the No. 991 is eleventh in the USAC Silver Crown Series Owners points coming into ORP this weekend. Josh Wise is twelfth in driver's points.
