Triple F Racing has undertaken a complete overhaul in car liveries for this weekend's round at the Coates Hire Ipswich 300, with both Dean and Todd's entries sporting new colour schemes.

V8 Supercar Championship

Dean Fiore ran a competition in the lead up to this weekend's event, whereby existing partners and a consortium of people that have helped him commercially in the past, were offered the opportunity to enter a draw that would see the winning company become the naming rights sponsor for the reminder of the 2011 V8 Supercar Championship.

There was plenty of interest in the unique opportunity and Dean worked relentlessly to secure the minimum number of entries. The winner was drawn last Monday where Robbie Bolger took the honours. In another turn of events, Robbie has elected to put his friend Tony Quinn's company, VIP Petfood's, on the car for the Queensland round, and is subject to change for the remainder of the season.

"We ran the competition to try and get some continuity for the rest of the season in terms of colour scheme and livery for the team. However, we are back in a similar position to where we were before the draw with someone winning that doesn't have a permanent business, so the rest of the year's livery is still up in the air," Dean commented.

"Robbie has been fantastic about the whole deal and is working with me to try and get the best possible outcome from a commercial standpoint. We are hoping to have a consistent livery for the enduro's going forward, but on the other hand I suppose I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I had everything set in stone for the rest of the year!

"I really appreciate the support from all of the entrants, as it was a tough time to get something like this off the ground due to the global landscape at the moment. I was stoked to reach the quota of entrants and I am looking forward to the remainder of the year."

Fujitsu V8 Supercar Series

Todd Fiore will also be unveiling a new livery this weekend with the Fiore family owned company "LD Total" jumping on board for this round of the Championship.

LD Total is a family owned and operated company, and is one of Western Australia's largest and most respected Landscaping Contractors, providing a full range of services including major commercial landscape construction, landscape architecture, comprehensive maintenance, residential and boutique landscape creations.

The Queensland round comes with good timing for LD Total who have just been through a companywide rebrand.

The new livery will see Todd Fiore's #23 BF Falcon change from blue to black, white and green with LD Total taking up occupancy on both sides of the car. Todd's ongoing sponsors of Sitech, Flexistaff and Allwest Turfing will also remain on the car.

"It is great to have another West Australian Company on board for this round. We have always had the family support behind the scenes, so it is good to have them at the forefront for this round," Todd commented.

"The car looks great and the new LD Total scheme works really well.

"We had a strong test day a couple of weeks ago at Queensland Raceway so I am really looking forward to this weekend and racing at my test track. The team has worked tirelessly to get the car prepared for the race meeting after my incident in Townsville".

The Fujitsu Series returns to Queensland Raceway this weekend for the 3rd round of the 2011 Championship.
