With the single-car entry’s backing have come from Tony Quinn’s Stix chocolate company for the past two seasons, the Tekno Commodore will sport a whole new look for a number of key events during the 2017 season with bourbon brand Woodstock taking over the major sponsor role.

The deal will cover the Clipsal 500, Townsville 400, Sandown 500, Bathurst 1000, and Gold Coast 600 events.

“Myself and Tekno are really excited to partner with an iconic brand like Woodstock,” said team owner Jono Webb.

“Working with an organisation of their stature shows our modest team has come a long way in a short amount of time.

“There are some exciting projects in the pipeline and we are all really looking forward to representing Woodstock on the Supercar and our uniforms in 2017.”

Davison, who won the Bathurst 1000 with Webb last year, admitted that he hopes to be able to use a bit of the sponsor’s product to celebrate during the 2017 season.

“It’s fantastic news that Woodstock has come on board to support our program in 2017, I am looking forward to sharing some on-track success with them this year, and celebrating that success by sharing a quiet Woodstock or two away from the track as well,” he added.
