at Hockenheim, West Germany (1971).

The first race to be held on the banked track at Montlhery, France, a
race for cyclecars up to 500cc, is won by a Darmont-Morgan driven by
Marcel Dhome (1924).

Graeme Bailey and Allan Grice drive a Holden Commodore to victory in
the James Hardie 1000 at Mount Panarama in Bathurst, New South Wales,
Australia (1986).
