Fulton Speedway pre-race notes

CURRENT WORLD OF OUTLAWS SPRINT CAR SERIES POINT LEADER DONNY SCHATZ TO LEAD THE INVASION TO FULTON SPEEDWAY ON TUESDAY, JULY 25TH

FULTON, NY...Current World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series point leader Donny Schatz will lead the invasion of the national series racers to Fulton Speedway on Tuesday, July 25. The visit this season will mark the second ever appearance at the high-banked track by the talented drivers that are a part of the "Greatest Show on Dirt". Brooke Tatnell is the defending race champion in the $10,000 to win affair at Fulton Speedway.

Schatz has won a total of seven World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series races to date this season. Joey Saldana has won on four occasions in the Kasey Kahne owned car, while veteran Jac Haudenschild has also won four "A" mains. Craig Dollansky, Terry McCarl and Tatnell have all won two main events this season. Daryn Pittman and Chad Kemenah have both won a single feature in the 2006 season.

Advance sale tickets for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series special at Fulton Speedway on Tuesday, July 25 are now available. Tickets can be purchased over the phone by calling the track office at 315-593-6531 with a Master Card or Visa. Tickets will also be sold on each race night at both Brewerton and Fulton Speedway's. Adult general admission and reserved seat tickets are the only tickets sold in pre-sale. Youth tickets and pit passes will not be sold until the gates open on race day.

Fans are still talking today about the show last season by the stars of the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series at Fulton Speedway. Plenty of two, three and even four wide competition thrilled the fans at the high banked track. And that is not to mention the wild slide jobs that are all a part of the "Greatest Show on Dirt". The first ever appearance by the World of Outlaws Sprint Series was outstanding, and the second time around should be the same.
