Rain Postpones Amoco Knoxville Nationals Opener

KNOXVILLE, IA (August 11) - Rain hit Knoxville Raceway following the Non-Qualifiers' Race Wednesday, forcing Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series officials to postpone the opening-night festivities of the 39th Annual Amoco Knoxville Nationals.

The first preliminary racing program will resume with the NAPA Auto Parts Heat Races Friday at 11 a.m. WoO
