Robert Stout Earns Prestigious NASA Mid-West DRIVER of the YEAR!

This past Saturday the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) held its Mid-West and Great Lakes Regional awards banquet where Robert Stout driver of the 2009 NASA National Championship winning, Lucas Oil Backed Pro-Challenge Charger powered by E3 Spark Plugs on Kumho Ecsta V710 Tires was awarded "DRIVER of the YEAR" for the Mid-West region. Robert Stout said, "This was a complete surprise! There are so many talented drivers in this series, this award could have gone to any number of people. I am truly honored to win this! This goes right beside the National Championship trophy at the top of the list. I can't say thanks enough to Regional Director Dave Royce, Race Director Bryan Cohn and Registrar Lynda Royce for all their help and support. They run a great program! I'd also like to thank all of our marketing partners starting with the great people at Lucas Oil. They have been behind our program since day one and have really made all this possible! Brian, Rudy and Rick from Kumho Tires were a huge part of the program again in 2009 and it was great to start a relationship with E3 Spark plugs and Hawk Brakes as well! As a driver we really feel the pressure to perform for all the people that allow us the opportunity to do what we love so much. There's a huge list of names and companies that have got us here and I can't thank all of them enough!"
