Christian Fittipaldi to Contest Orlando All-Stars Karting Event with Champion Racing - Intrepid

Seattle , WA -- (November 30, 2007) : Champion Racing - Intrepid is proud to announce the addition of Christian Fittipaldi to its driver line-up for the 2007 Masters Division team at Snap-on All Star Karting Classic on December 6 in Orlando, FL. The addition of Christian adds strength to the line-up for Champion Racing - Interpid that includes Tyler Dueck in the Karting class.

Christian is a multiple time karting champion during his youth in Brazil. In addition, he has enjoyed a successful professional driving career in Formula 3000, Formula 1, Champ Car, Grand Am, NASCAR. For 2008 Christian will contest the American Le Mans Series with the Andretti Green Racing Acura prototype as teammate to Bryan Herta. This event is a perfect way to end the 2007 season and race with his 2008 teammate Herta in preparation for their assault on the ALMS championship.

Champion Racing-Intrepid team principal Rodney Berryhill said of the announcement, "Champion Racing - Intrepid is very excited to be affiliated with a driver of the magnitude and status of Christian Fittipaldi. We are very confident that Christian will put on an exciting show and race for the win aboard his Champion Racing -- Intrepid.:

Snap-on Stars of Karting Series President Paul Zalud is excited to have the opportunity to showcase this event with a driver of Christian's international pedigree, "I have followed Christian's career for many years. He has been very successful in a variety of forms of motorsport. I look forward to seeing him compete with so many talented professional drivers with such a diverse background."

The PRI show takes place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida from December 6 -- 8 th with the All-Stars Karting Classic taking place on the evening of December 6 th and will feature some of the top names in North American racing battling it out in the Masters Division, and the top drivers from the Snap-on Stars of Karting Series squaring off in the Karter Division. Drivers confirmed to be participating in the Masters Division of the event include Jamie McMurray (NASCAR), A.J. Allmendinger (NASCAR) John Andetti (NASCAR / IndyCar), Marco Andretti (IndyCar), Bryan Herta (ALMS), Joey Hand (Grand-Am), Buddy Rice (IndyCar), Eddie Lawson (MotoGP), Scott Speed (F-1 / Stock Car), Jan Heylen (ChampCar), Wayne Taylor (Grand-Am), Michael Valiante (Grand-Am), Steve Johnson (NHRA), Ron Capps (NHRA), Katherine Legge (ChampCar), Lake Speed (NHRA) and others. Admission to t! he event is free. The event will be filmed for two separate television broadcasts on SPEED Channel's Lucas Oil on the Edge program thanks to support from Snap-on and Bridgestone.
