(May 21)Jerry Cook let another feature event slip away Friday night at Toledo Speedway when he tangled with a lapped car on lap 28 of the 35-lap feature. Ron Allen, who had been trailing Cook by half straightway, inherited the lead. He was heavily pressured by last week's feature winner Jimmy Theil for the final eight laps but crossed the finish line ahead of Thiel for the victory. Cook who had rejoined the field at the rear kept the fans on the edge of their seats as he wormed his way through the field to finish fifth.

Randy Cornett fended off a stiff challenge from Rich Frantz for most of the 25-lap Street Stock feature. The pair ran much of the feature nose-to-tail and side by side, thrilling the large crowd but it was Cornett who took the checkered flag first.

Jeff Maran & Dan Johnson picked up where they left off last week, with the pair dueling for the lead in the Factory Stock 20-lap feature. The finish was a rerun of last week with Maran taking first & Johnson coming in a close second.

Dennis Whisman took home his second win of the season after leading the 20-lap Figure 8 feature from green to checkered. There was plenty of close action at the intersection that kept the fans on the edge of their seats. Judging by the amount of people that stayed for this feature event, it's clearly becoming a fan favorite.
