HONORED GUEST JOHN WATSON SET TO MEET AND GREET FANS THIS WEEKEND

Watkins Glen, NY (September 04, 2007) -- John Watson, the featured guest during the Zippo U.S. Vintage Grand Prix at Watkins Glen International September 7-9th, is scheduled to make several appearances throughout the weekend, including autograph sessions and fan forums. He raced in every U.S. Grand Prix held at The Glen from 1973-1980, and made a total of three appearances driving sports cars. This included the 1973 Watkins Glen Six Hours and both the Camel Continental and Kodak Copier 500 in 1986. The weekend will serve as a tribute to him and his racing career.

Watson's autograph sessions will be held at The Pyramid Souvenir Center in the infield of the track throughout the course of the weekend. On Friday, September 7, fans can get Watson's signature on their favorite collectibles from 12:45 pm -- 2:00 pm and Saturday, September 8, from 10:00 am -- 11:00 am, and again from 1:00 pm -- 2:30 pm and on Sunday, September 9, from 10:30 am -- 11:30 am.

Watson will also make stops at both the Crown Royal Club at The Glen and the Pit Terrace Grandstand during the weekend. His first speaking appearance will be on Friday, September 7, at the Grand Prix Festival during "Legends Speak" at 3:00 pm in Lafayette Park. Guests joining the Crown Royal Club at The Glen on Saturday, September 8, will be treated to a special Q&A opportunity with Watson from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm. Admission to the Crown Royal Club at The Glen is required to attend this Q&A. Then on Sunday at 12:35 pm, Watson will participate in a 30-minute session in the Pit Terrace Grandstand. All fans are invited to participate in the Pit Terrace Fan Forum.

Don't miss the Chemung Canal Trust Co. Antique Auto Show on Saturday, where fans can display their antique cars in friendly competition and take a parade lap around the historic track on Saturday afternoon. Tickets for the auto show are $65 and include one (1) three-day general admission ticket, vehicle entry into the show, a parade lap, and a special gift.

Tickets are still available for the Zippo U.S. Vintage Grand Prix, September 7-9. Weekend adult tickets are only $45.00 and children ages 6-12 can get in for $5.00. Sunday admission is only $30.00 for adults. Children 5 and under are free. All tickets provide access to the grandstands, the garage and paddock areas and participation in the autograph sessions, fan forum and Q&A sessions with John Watson.
