TNN Expands World of Outlaws TV Schedule By Richard Day

PLANO, TX (March 24) - The Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series is proud to announce TNN Motorsports' decision to expand the premier sprint car racing series' television schedule, President Ted Johnson said Wednesday.

"Our organization is thrilled to be associated with TNN Motorsports," Johnson said. "This expanded coverage allow our fans to see much more Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series racing on television."

TNN Motorsports aired the feature racing program from the Silver State Shootout at Las Vegas Motor Speedway live on March 6th and again March 21st. In all, TNN will televise 12 races live and have 13 more repeats.

The Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series' next live race on TNN Motorsports will be the Winged Thunder event from the Terre Haute Action Track May 21st. The following week, TNN will also have two hours of live coverage of the Channellock Spring Classic from Williams Grove Speedway.

Other live events TNN will televise include the Rumble at Route 66 from Route 66 Raceway in Joliet, IL, the O'Reilly Auto Parts Sunflower Shootout at Heartland Park Topeka, the Duel in the Dakotas from Red River Valley Speedway in West Fargo, ND, the Eldora Clash and Kings Royal from Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, OH, the Knoxville Shootout and Amoco Knoxville Nationals, the Channellock Fall Classic at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, NE, and the Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series' season finale at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
