Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix start time confirmed

Bernie Ecclestone has officially confirmed the exact start time of Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix. The country's first round of Formula 1 World Championship will begin at 15:00 Moscow time on October 12, 2014 at the autodrome of the Olympic Park in Sochi.

Qualifying will start at the same time on Saturday, October 11.

At the end of the last week we received an official confirmation fr om FOM. Now all the Formula 1 fans know not only the place and date, but also the exact start time for the most anticipated motorsport event of 2014. For Formula 1, wh ere a tenth or a hundredth of a second can sometimes change everything, these are important and symbolic news. Now fans can be confident about their vacation plans for the race weekend, while arranging the trip to Sochi”.

Ticket sales for the Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix will open on March 4, 2014 on the official website of the Promoter - 222 days before the race.
