Irvine, California (March 23, 2000) - Dave Reed Racing is pleased to announce that it has signed a two-race sponsorship agreement with Flexible Flyer to promote Yerf-Dog Fun Karts. The team will represent Yerf-Dog this weekend at Mesa Marin Raceway, where it has entered Friday night's Featherlite Southwest Series, NASCAR Touring event and at California Speedway on April 29th for the NASCAR Winston West Series event.

Yerf-Dog Fun Karts range from Yerf-Pups to go carts with full suspension to provide outdoor recreation for kids of all ages. Yerf-Dog Fun Karts are much like small dune buggies, and are great for desert fun or in other open outdoor areas. Roll bars and ATC balloon tires give Yerf-Dog Fun Karts a sporty look with lots of performance.

Flexible Flyer manufactures the Yerf-Dog Fun Karts, Universal Fitness Equipment, swing-sets, trampolines and hobbyhorses in a 750,000 square foot manufacturing facility in West Point, Mississippi. The products are sold in a broad range of retail stores throughout the United States, including Costco in Bakersfield, Sam's Club, Big 5, Academy Stores and BJ's.

Rich Godfrey, entrepreneur and founder of Flexible Flyer, said "I'm thrilled to have an opportunity to promote Yerf-Dog through Dave Reed Racing. It's a great opportunity for exposure for both Yerf-Dog and Flexible Flyer."

"I'm really excited to have an opportunity to represent such an exciting product as Yerf-Dog Fun Karts," said team owner Dave Reed. "Yerf-Dog lets everyone experience the excitement of go-carting in a form that all can enjoy. We're all looking forward to working with Rich and the Flexible Flyer staff.

Meanwhile, driver Craig Raudman and the team have prepared a great car for Friday's race. In a recent test, Raudman ran laps at just .03 seconds above Mesa Marin's track record for Southwest Series cars.

The team will also participate in Thursday evening's "Downtown Bakersfield Street Festival" from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The festive includes a beef and pork rib cook-off, a kid's fun area and live entertainment.

More information on Dave Reed Racing can be found at the team's official Web site at http://www.davereedracing.com.

Dave Reed Racing operates NASCAR Winston West and Featherlite Southwest Series teams featuring Craig Raudman as driver. Raudman's 1999 season results included one win, three top five finishes and one Bud Pole award.

He finished the 1998 season in seventh place out of fifteen drivers competing for the Sears Point Raceway Winston West Rookie-of-the-Year Award and thirteenth in the points standings. Raudman finished in the top five in final points standings in four of his past five full NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Series seasons.
