Good morning. Welcome to our daily Motorsport F1 Debrief from testing – your quick wrap-up of all the important stories that took place yesterday as the final week of pre-season testing got under way.

With teams having had a first week (albeit interrupted by the weather) of running under their belts, it was clear that they meant business as the second and final test got underway.

And there was a small sense of deja vu to 2017 about the first day back this week. Ferrari and Mercedes were leading the way as they both had a pretty troublefree day, and it was the orange McLarens that were the big talking point after hitting trouble...
