Lilly Trucking Teams up with Hamilton Jr. for Texas
After teaming with Rick Ware Racing for the entire 2011 season as a major associate sponsor, Lilly Trucking of Virginia will be the primary sponsor for the RWR #47 NASCAR Camping World truck driven by Bobby Hamilton Jr. this Friday night at the Texas Motor Speedway for the WinStar World Casino 350K.
"Thanks to both Lilly Trucking and Rick Ware, I've been given the opportunity to race for a solid finish this weekend in Texas, a place I've always loved. This weekend will mark the beginning of a great partnership between the two companies, and I'm proud to have a part in it," Hamilton Jr. explained.
In 2010, Lilly Trucking has supported RWR in the NASCAR Nationwide, Camping World, and K&N Pro series, as well as the ARCA series. Lilly Trucking was also the primary sponsor for RWR's NASCAR Nationwide series car at the O'Reilly Raceway Park in July.
"Lilly Trucking has been an incredible supporter of RWR this season. I'm excited about having them on the truck this weekend in Texas, and I'm especially excited about having their support going into 2011," Hamilton Jr. said.
When Hamilton Jr. returns to Texas Motor Speedway, where he has one top-five and two top-tens in the Nationwide series, he'll be aiming to beat his finish from New Hampshire back in September.
"Thanks to Rick, I've been given the opportunity to race for these guys a few times this season. Each race, the team has given me excellent equipment, and we've improved over our previous finish. We had a good run in New Hampshire, but my goal for this weekend is to go out and better that finish. I certainly believe we're capable of doing that," Hamilton Jr. explained.
